"I have been a client of StateFarm for over 12+ years and my experience has been always A+ and never had a complaint. Stephany Escobar has been the best, actually an AMAZING representative. I have always and still recommend StateFarm to many of my friends and family over the years due to my experience with Stehpany. BUT Today I must say I have never experienced and been very frustrated as today. I spoke to not one but TWO (2) representatives (David & Clarabelle) they weren’t helpful at all, nor did they tried to look into my account to see what they can help me with or explain why I’m being charged a certain amount & why my account hasn’t been updated after providing my documents to Jackelin Taveras via-email. I am very upset and frustrated that I called THREE (3) times for the same thing no one can give me an answer. I called back on March 2026, beginning of April 2026 & again today in regarding the same issue. I was told they needed to contact the back office to see what is going on and never mentioned they will to escalate the situation since I have called a few times in regarding the same issue. Again a wk ago I called & asked to speak w/Jackelin b/c I sent her my email w/the document. I was told, “Jackie is busy with anther client and can’t get to the phone to help me.” Fine, understandable.. I asked the gentleman to please tell Jackelin to give me a call back since the email was sent twice, two different dates, but NEVER received that call back me. Seems like my messages are falling through the cracks every time I call and this gentleman answers. I want to Thanks STEHPANY ESCOBAR for always being very informative, PATIENT & going that extra mile to help me understand what is going on with my account because NOT one representative TRIED to go into my account to see what was going on!!! Thank you so much for your service!🙏🏼❤️🙌🏼"
